Hello and welcome!

I am a bilingual Spanish-speaking Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate their issues. I am a strong believer in therapy and I know it is hard to open up to a therapist. I try to create a space that feels safe, empowering and tailored to your needs.

How it works.

  • Step 1

Book a free 15-minute consultation (phone or video). On the call, we will briefly discuss what issues you are currently facing and why you have decided to talk to a therapist. I’m happy to answer any questions you may have.

If you decide to continue and move forward with therapy we will discuss online or in-person therapy as well as the best days and times. Lastly, I will send you forms to complete before our first session.

You are always welcome to ask questions and take time to think about it before moving forward.

  • Step 2

We’ll meet for a first session either in-person or online. I will get to know more about you, your current issues, history, and other information that will be helpful in our work together.

If you feel like I am a good fit, we’ll go ahead and schedule weekly sessions.

  • Step 3

At this point, we’ll begin meeting weekly for 50-minute therapy sessions either in-person or online. Meeting weekly offers consistent support and allows us to build a strong therapeutic relationship so we can start with the issues you are facing.

Who I work with

  • Individuals

Whether you are looking to process difficult feelings and experiences, facing a life transition, or looking to improve your relationships, I work with clients on their specific challenges, needs and goals. Individual therapy allows you a space for deeply reflective and personal work.

  • Couples

I work with couples of all gender identities and sexual orientations as they explore individual and shared challenges. By turning towards one another and taking the step to seek counseling, couples can foster greater connection, intimacy, and understanding.

  • Family

Families come in all different forms and no family role is more or less difficult than the other. As we fall into our family roles, it can become difficult to communicate. Family therapy can assist in building a foundation that can help everyone work together to resolve conflict
